We're friends for many reasons (cheese, wine and birthdays one day apart are just the start) and being awesome, as this girl tends to be, she presented me with a most excellent birthday gift last night! (We also share an affinity for total disregard when it comes to gifting punctuality... Speaking of which, Brig - did you get anything in the mail yet?!) (Your belated birthday present was much more punctual than Michull's, which was mailed out on the same day although his birthday was three weeks before yours... Wow, I think I just decided on my next New Year's Resolution)
Anyway... My camera is now better dressed than me in its fancy new Meyer-lemon-yellow-with-grey-ruffles camera strap! And gold and yellow earrings! Yeeeeee!!!
Not to mention how prettily she wrapped it - I almost didn't want to touch it!
