...Or because I've left all the things I need to do until the last minute (i.e. now), I'm just posting over at Salt + Light today.
(this has nothing to do with the fact that I wrote in a flash of inspiration at about 2am and woke up with a noticeable lack of inspiration for another post at this more reasonable hour)
Anyway, I'm off to collect goodies for dinner tonight with some lovely ladies at a lovely place (I'm leaning towards sauteed brussels sprouts with pancetta and dried cherries and/or rosemary-balsamic marinated portobello mushrooms).
And wine. Lots of wine.
